Pole dancer body before and after5/27/2023 These are foundational moves we teach to move on to POLE 1 and will not update until you have moved on to POLE 1. Please note this Training Program does not update or change like the other Programs. Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees. We recommend that you take Intro to Pole 3-5 times before moving on. You will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training that will prepare you to join our beginner level classes. If you have never tried pole dancing, this is where your journey begins. These can all be found with the Class Search, located in the top right of your Dashboard on your desktop, or with the magnifying glass in mobile. There are more than 450 classes in Pole, Floor, and Aerial. The classes you see represent the new content for the training program you have selected.
